"It took an hour for them to make the order, and the worst thing is that the chicken wasnt cooked correctly. It was cold, and tasted like rubber, and I'm starting to feel a bit sick after eating it. I usually like the food from the restaurant but this was such a bad experience that I don't think I'll go back again."

"A mixed bag. It’s “fine” if you’re keen for KFC, but would go to a different store if that’s an option. Sometimes you have great customer service, chicken is properly cooked and portions are on track. Other times the chicken is dry and not very hot and, the chips are half full. The wait time is pretty patchy (a couple of times I’ve been told they’ve “run out of chicken” , sometimes they close up early. Store is usually pretty clean. Some staff seem very skilled and mature.
