"Wow this was the worst jack in the boxive ever been to. No coke orange or DP in soda machine. Ordered the breakfast platter only good thing on there was the packaged syrup. Used the restroom it hadn't been mopped feces on the seat. Never been so disgusted and left hungry. Jack you should visit this location!!!!"

"Drive through was horrible. I asked for a breakfast jack and a chicken faita pita. Told him 3 times. He just had an an attitude and wouldn't respond. He charged me and gave me 2 breakfast jacks and a chicken faita sandwich. He was very rude and it was like talking to a brick wall. Just ignored me at the window and wouldn't respond.Real jerk"

"Chipotle is my favorite restaurant! I could make all sorts of arguments for why it is the superior fast-casual national burrito chain (fresh ingredients, limited additives, beautiful restaurant design, environmental care, blah blah blah), but at the end of the day it comes down to a couple simple things: I love what I get, and I get it every time. I know how to order what I want and get a great value for the price. That is why it's my fave.(not that anyone is asking, but this is my order: burrito bowl, two tortillas on the side, both rices, double black beans, steak, double hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, side limes [if available], then I mix the bowl together and divide it between the tortillas for two separate burritos and save one for later ?"

"If i could give 0 stars I would. The employee named “Julieta” has the absolute worst customer service you can ever imagine. Let me explain, my mother asked for her to open the restroom nicely, as one should, this Julieta woman completely ignored her and started screaming at other coworkers explaining that orders come first and restrooms come last but also throwing indirects at my mother. I understand, orders should be completed within a certain amount of time, but a few seconds to press on a button to open the restroom wouldn’t make too much of a difference. This woman also has a superiority complex against a young male worker and would scream in his face telling him he’s not aloud to use more than one coupon on customers (which is not what happened, there were separate transactions being made). After waiting up front, she continued to scream at her coworkers, keep in mind she is not a manager, and would practically scold them AND customers. If I am being honest, the place was no where near as occupied as I have seen in other places. There was no need to act that way even if it was occupied. It comes to show how incapable they are to control their emotions and work under “pressure”. It drives customers away.I hope punitive action is taken against this Julieta person as that was no way to treat customers or coworkers.The above occurred Saturday, March 16, 2024 around 10 AM."
