"Friday August 11th 2023 we went to grab dinner. I asked my waiter Matt how much the king crab was and he told $15.00 a pound so I ordered the ONE pound expecting my bill to reflect the price he told me. Instead the bill said it was $59.00 a pound. I called Matt over and questioned why it said that and he told me that he never said that but me and my girlfriend both heard $15. The king crab only comes with 3 crab legs and some potatoes and corn and it wasn’t even worth the money. But I didn’t want to cause any issues so I just called to speak to the manager after I left and the lady that answered the phone was VERY RUDE. when I asked to speak to the manager she said “why for what? Who are you? You can speak to me”. The manager wasn’t any help either all she said was I will speak to them. The customer service that night was completely unacceptable and VERY unprofessional. On top of all that I was very disappointed on how the food came out as well. I’ve been here many many times and the wasn’t very hot and there was barely any flavor."
