"I have now met the rudest person in the whole of Valais, the owner of the lovely looking restaurant. I wanted to book 10 people for mid September, a time when you would have thought he would be glad of the custom. I was nearly matched off the premises. He was rude aggressive and very unpleasant. He needs to sell this lovely restaurant to someone who likes clients. I feel sorry for anyone that ever complains they will no doubt be subject to the same abuse. It would have been 1 hour sat outside, a simple easy way of making good money. I am completely shocked how someone can be so rude. Perhaps he just hates foreigners!!"

"Nice place, beautiful view, but the price of the drink and specifically the food is a joke. For a very small assiette valaisanne, 25 francs. Even the bread was on the plate to fulfill. over no food before 12.00 when it was the most crowded...day of the year. I feel sorry for them. It could be a paradise"

"This was not our first visit, however we wanted to give them another chance. the waiter attending to our table was completely disorganized, food was slow to come (more than 1 hour for the menu of the day and cold meat platter) and about average...when it came to presentation and taste. people around us had been waiting over 1 hour for their salad so we were not isolated cases. as i said this was not our first visit, we have come in winter during ski season with the same level of service. i would strongly encourage people not to go or return; their good location makes it too easy for them so they make absolutely no effort to be friendly and provide good service which does not help the image of switzerland towards tourists"

C'est lent ?...) parceque j'y vais à ski quand le soleil tape lui aussi et que je profite du calme et de la vue... Et je KIFFE...C'est LA cabane sur les pistes... "I made a reservation on the restaurant's website at the beginning of December for the meal on January 1st at noon, my reservation was accepted and I even received a confirmation request a few days before. Arrival in front of the restaurant: closed and empty… Number unreachable, no information displayed, restaurant marked “open” on Google… very disappointed. In the future, remember to block reservations and update your schedules."
