"A very bad experience. Having made the choice of the takeaway sale, We had the unpleasant surprise not to have the dishes we ordered in our bag. Living far from the city centre, without a vehicle, we couldn't return. Wishing dinner, we shared one of the dishes The other being too spicy, we couldn’t eat it. Contact by phone, the boss asked us to bring the dish(s) back to be refunded. We thought that woman just wanted proof to pay us back. And we didn’t even put the dish at the expense. 1) no commercial gesture was given to us as we had practically no dinner because of their mistake. I don't know. JUST OF EXCUSES. 2) And we were surprised when the boss made regrets because we had not put the dish at the expense. It is only a supposition but this dish that we have tasted, and even after having made a small turn at home, was intended to be tightened so as not to lose a penny. We are regularly on Bandol because we have an on-site residence. The dishes are not bad... but there are many good restaurateurs, merchants and who pay attention to their client. For others, like this lady, the summer business makes the profit bait more important than the relationship and quality of what we serve. For me, the place is to be avoided. Response to owners: I didn’t do any scandals but I understand that it’s easier for you to justify yourself. Now that you are no longer a beach restaurant, it may be you who should review your attitude."
