"New owners and what a difference. The whole atmosphere has change from dank and a little scary to fresh, clean and friendly. I just wanted a quick lunch item so I settled on a pre made wrap. Very quick service. The wrap was chicken Caesar and get this was very nice and filling. Staff were friendly and there was nice music playing. Again, I cannot describe fully how much better this is than the last owners."

"Quick service, different menu which was appreciated. Husband loved his: Eggs Benedict with a twist and a generous helping of sautéed mushrooms. I enjoyed Truffled Peas served on quinoa toast with poached eggs, beetroot humus and spicy bacon. What a treat at a reasonable price!"

"Menu - basic, service - average. Husband had a steak which he said was fine but served on top of soggy chips. I had a pizza which was OK (too much cheese). Ordered a glass of red wine by the glass, the sewing was generous but the wine was terrible which I reported to the staff"

"This is a nice place to grab breakfast. It’s close to a lot of the attractions. Their menu is not mediocre at all. They are rather creative in their offerings that include lobster Benny and crab omelette for breakfast, among other things. Ernie is a bubbly guy and watching him train one of his new staff members was actually kinda fun. He actually reminds me of one of my good friends. They have good attention to details including how they position your plate on the table and which side the plate is facing. Coffee is not bad at all either. Highly recommended. I personally think their bacon is too salty."

"Being generally disappointed with the accomodation at this resort, we did not have high expectations with the restaurant. The danger with 'resorts' is that you are always a captive market and the ability of the business to rip you off.NOT so here.Not much ambience here as it has a pub flavour and very barn like. Service was enthusiastic, probably a bit overt but that's youth I guess. The food and wine lists were encouraging. I can only take my hat off to the culinary team for delivering one of the best meals we have had in the past 10 days of restaurants up the east coast. Simply stunning. (we had the Baramundi and the chicken)Highly recommended!"
