"I recently visited heritage and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience due to the unfriendly staff. As soon as I walked in, I was met with a cold shoulder and a lack of greeting. It was as if I was an inconvenience to them.They were out of some sort of coffee item, that I wasn't even planning on order. Then a woman who I later found is named Taylor told me to get out, and that the drink I wanted wasn't available.I sat down and was planning on finishing my coffee and leaving, a different blonde woman walked up to me and told me to get out because they closed soon.She seemed extremely annoyed that I wasn't able to read her mind and know their closing schedule, I of course left. Half an hour later I walked by heritage again, and they were still open.I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this cafe. The unfriendly staff made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone, as the lack of customer service and unfriendly staff ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant or Indifferent experience."
