"Nonna?s Trattoria!!! Italian restaurant at its best. In the historic district of St Augustine Florida. We were looking for an Italian restaurant for dinner and decided to try Nonna?s. Went in at 5pm to make a reservation for 6pm and happy that we did. They have outside dining with heat lamps which reminded me of little Italy in NYC. The inside dining was cozy and inviting and the decor was great. They give you garlic rolls with olive oil and spice which was very tasty. I ordered the Chicken Picatta with spaghetti and marinara sauce which was excellent. Being an Italian from NY I know good Italian food. My wife ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with Penne Alfredo and a Pinot and she said it was delicious. I highly recommend eating at this restaurant if you are in St Augustine visiting for the day or on vacation. While we were there a party of 6 came in and sat across from us. We notice one of the gentleman seemed to be the owner. He got up went to the kitchen which is visible and started cooking for his party. We watched him as he cooked and he waved to us asking how is everything. When he was done he came over to our table to chat. I asked were he was from which was Palermo Italy, I told he my family was from Cosenza Calabria, Italy and we spoke briefly in Italian. He asked how was the food and we told him excellent and me being an Italian from NY I know good Italian food when I have it. The owner?s name is Adamo and his restaurant is definitely a place you should visit."

"We had a wonderful server named Lesley who made our dining experience very enjoyable and the food was just outstanding. Complements to the chef! The hostess was also very friendly. We were told seating would be about 25 minutes, but we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes . The restaurant is very beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing. Come for the food, though, and you won't be disappointed. Got a pleasant surprise at how good the celery soup was, and I don't even like celery. A bit spicy from the datil pepper, but oh, so good. Everything in the pictures was great and provide an extra meal at home. Highly recommend this place when in the St. Augustine area of Florida."

"Delicious food! Didn’t plan on stopping here but decided to give it a try and so glad I did. Had a salad and classic grilled cheese and it was awesome. I only gave it 4 stars bc it seemed slightly smoky inside. It’s a small place and I totally understand with grilled cheese. I smoke up my entire kitchen every time I make one. If you’re in St. Augustine and love grilled cheese then stop by."
