"Food was delivered after minutes. the pizza was quite in order but the tortellini unfortunately absolutely fad. as if they were only heated for a short time, something was tipped over it and a few crawled over it. unfortunately not very recommended."

"Das Römerstüble in der Outlet-City Metzingen ist ein erstklassiger Anlaufpunkt für alle Liebhaber von Pita-Gyros und griechischen Spezialitäten. Sehr persönlich und aufmerksam wird man hier von Elisabeth bedient und von Ihrem Mann bekocht. Das Pita-Gyros zubereitet aus einem immer frisch gebackenem Teig, sehr leckerem Gyros-Fleisch und frischem Gemüse ist XXL, einzigartig und sucht (nicht übertrieben) deutschlandweit, wenn nicht sogar weltweit seinesgleichen! Die Pitas sind im Römerstüble (bedingt durch die Größe) teurer als beim Imbiss, aber Preis/Leistung stimmt. Auch wenn wir gerade am anderen Ende von Deutschland wohnen versuchen wir bei jedem Besuch in Metzingen ein Pita-Gyros bei Elisabeth einzunehmen. Da alle Zutaten und das Fleisch sehr frisch zubereitet werden, kann es aber durchaus auch mal vorkommen, dass Pita-Gyros am Abend "aus" sind - deshalb unbedingt rechtzeitig (telefonisch) reservieren/bestellen.Alle Gerichte gibt es auch zum mitnehmen. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus und auf der Straße in ausreichender Anzahl verfügbar.Immer wieder gerne!!!"

"We visited this restaurant and ordered a minestrone suppe, a risotto ai funghi porcini and a local mixed salad. the minestrone was a mixture of zucchini, boiled carrots and not so fresh, i.e. not the ingredients of a normal Italian minenstrone. the risotto was not tasteful, the ascent didn't taste absolutely nothing, it tasted like as ascending mixed with melted fat and the mushrooms' tasted water and more like marshmallows. the salat was also watery and with ingredients far from Italian, although it should have been an salat with an Italian touch. my family is Italian and my grandfather worked for the famous Italian royal family as a cook and adviser. to call this restaurant Italian, is a real lap in the face and a real humiliation of the really serious and qualitatiw high quality kitchen I'm used to."
