"During the stay everything was correct and adequate. The reason for not giving it more stars is because I don't think it is a 4 star hotel, however the price is. The food is what any 3-star hotel offers, it is good, but it is not like the food of a 4-star hotel. The spa is nice, as seen in the photos, although it is not as big as it seems. What I didn't like about the spa was that our eyes stung so much that they watered and you had a bad cough. It seemed to have a lot of chlorine or whatever product it was. I think the price per night is very high, the price of the buffet too and the price of the spa too. Otherwise the experience was good. Rooms: Very clean rooms. Food drinks: The buffet is good, the food they offer is of good quality but there is little variety and to a large extent it is the typical food that is found in all buffets, so the price is excessive for what it is. "We had lunch at the restaurant. Service was good and waitress was kind. Burger was very bad (poorly cooked burger, bad quality meat) and the chicken sandwich barely had any chicken. Ambience is very nice but food is not worth it at all. Service: 4 Location: 5"
