"I've eaten here again today and my grocery stores are done. They offer vegetables, locally and regionally grown fruits as well as bulk oils, cereals, popcorn and spices / herbs. In addition, we fill our freezer with portions/packs/frozen meat on the Whitten Farm. There are always a variety of packed snack foods such as chips, crackers and granola bars and more. I don’t buy anywhere and we create so much less waste than the “big grocery store” I started thinking more than “the plastic shop”. The self-bedded hot food bar and salad bar were, as always, srumptious and soul filling. I and my three little children got from the hot food bar: fresh garden veggie minestrone soup, steamed broccoli, rice, Whitten farm pulled pork, chicken, sweet potatoes with almonds, and baked beans. At the salad bar I started with a bed of mixed greens with in-house created kale Slav, a traditional coleslaw, red beet salad, hummus, freshly cut and slightly cultivated cucumbers, Garbanzo bean salad, black bean and sweet potato salad and house oil and vinegar with fresh herbal dress. If you haven't eaten here, you're missing. If you buy your “organic” vegetables anywhere else, you pay more. They don't compensate me to say this, I'm just so excited about the quality and price of all their offers. Not to mention the positive effects of their goods and presence in the Tri-Boden community and beyond. There is no better feeling than shaking your peasant hand and seeing the smile on the faces of their children and knowing that the mood is changed."

"Haven 't been to a Jreck Subs since the one in my area closed. ?? Excellent sub made fresh and savored every bite. Dining area was super clean and well organized. "Porkbusters hit a home run in catering our daughter's post-wedding BBQ for 120+ people in Saranac Lake. Mike was super flexible with my multiple changes (the party kept growing! and handled changes quickly, answering texts or emails sometimes within minutes. The delivery staff was on-time and courteous. Our guest's are still commenting on the beef brisket! All sides (potato salad, cole slaw, beans and Mac and cheese were DELICIOUS! Cornbread a hit with everyone. If you have a catering need, these guys/gals won't disappoint."
