"My family and I visited for my daughters 14th birthday. There were 5 of us the youngest being 5. We picked a table and sat down, there was no indication the table had been pre booked. The staff were just looking at us with no hello or anything. A waitress brought over a bottle of water but didn’t say anything to us. The restaurant was half full with lots of tables available, tables that arrived after us were getting served and were given menus before us. We had waited for 15 minutes by this time I was getting a little frustrated because the staff were looking at us and totally forgot ignoring us. I asked politely for menus and the lady in charge said our table was reserved, and we would need to move, at this point I went into the fact we had waited so long to be told this, when we were given water and walked passed on a number of occasions and never told. I told the lady that this was completely out of order when half the restaurant was empty with no signs on any of the tables. If we were told earlier we would of happily of moved to a different table. The attitude of the staff was disgusting, and all we wanted to do was celebrate my daughters 14th birthday and spend some money! Customer service is simple look after the customer don’t treat them like dirt!"

"A very disappointing first experience!! Ordering a pizza maxi Parma don't one of the main ingredients is the rocket. Once the pizza is paid, the boss informs me that he has no rocket and that he puts me a mix of salad instead. Seeing my disappointment, he tells me not to worry, that this is the same thing (which for me has nothing to do with rocket in terms of flavor). I find it dishonest not to warn people to order because I chose this pizza for the rocket and even more dishonest to make me pay and announce it to me afterwards! After tasting, the dough is not cooked and this famous salad mix instead of the rocket is devoid of flavor.... I who like to make local companies work, I will not renew the experience. We don't make pizzaiolo a real trade."
