"Easy enough to book online about 2 years since we last went. Pleasantly surprised open arrival as greeted by a waitress and led to our seats. We were asked if we were having the carvery and wanted to order drinks which we did. Tables were very clean despite it being quite busy at 5.15pm. Drinks arrived and we were advised we Could join a small queue for the carvery. The carvery was very nice and was accompanied by some banter from the cook. The food was enjoyable. Once finished the waitress asked if we wanted some puds which we promptly ordered. Again the afters hit the sweet spot and we thoroughly enjoyed our early evening out. We asked for the bill. We left a reasonable tip for a friendly waitress. Great to finally to be able to eat out again after such a long time."

"Haven't eaten here for a couple of years and don't know why! Lovely setting, great staff and excellent meal. Also they catered very well for my wifes intolerances. We won't leave it so long till the next visit!"
