"I had to update my prior 4 star review to 5 stars. Yesterday my family and I went here for dinner, they sat us in the wine room and we were treated like family by Julian and the team from start to end! From custom options, to thoughtful suggestions and hospitality you could never forget, we will absolutely be back. Not to mention, the obvious superb food quality. I'm so happy I was able to turn around my previous experience and give them another chance - I used to order frequently on uber eats, the food quality is great! However, when I went in to pick up take out on the market side, the service was unimpressive. I was left waiting without much communication for 15 to 20 minutes past when my order said it was ready and the staff seemed disinterested in getting any kind of update. When I finally got my order which was pre-paid for, the woman at the front cash took it back from me. It was quite an ordeal but overall I'd order again, just delivery only."

"Nathan's Baptism couldn't of been better what a Wonderful Day!!! Especially the food absolutely Delicious!!! Its like home away from home. The atmosphere is so welcoming and warm especially with that wood oven pizza oh ya of course the tasty pizza's that goes with it. We had Nonna's stuffed Gnocchi with spinach and ricotta in a cream sauce...Heaven!!! Melt in ur mouth Rib-Eye steak cooked to your preference and Manicotti made by Nonna herself once again. I'm getting hungry again just thinking about it. The service was amazing and everything went so well. You can see they put a lot of TLC in the food presentation it looked fabulous with Chef Francesco's added touch...thank you!!! Always came by to see if we needed anything, let's just say we were well taken care of and Thank you to the friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend this place for any funtions big or small they do it all. Even a night out on the town!!! Thank you once again for a Wonderful Day!!! Nathan gives this a 2 thumbs up!!! "Very poor customer service. I got there no one asked for my order, when I finally said can someone take my order? They then took it, 15 minutes later a staff came and asked what my order was because they did not remember it. When they brought the food after another 15 minutes of waiting, they left one of my orders out.To crown it all I got home and opened the bowl of Egusi, it was like 1 cooking spoon of soup....$17... see photo below. This is the 2nd time. The first time it was like they had run out of the soup and just added water. This is the last time I'm ever going there. Go there at your own peril"
