"With my company, I have often been a guest at the Sörgenloch Castle. We hold meetings there and have always been very enthusiastic with everything until recently. There is a great breakfast buffet, a good menu and very good homemade cakes. I haven't tasted it there for a while. Lunch and dinner there is only on average, no comparison with the food of a few months ago. Fish was roasted too dry, the Risotto was hard, vegetables soft-cooked, salad looked old and partly dry and the dressing was a catastrophe (where did this ingenious orange dressing with ginger remain? . Only the breakfast and the cake in the afternoon can still hold the previous level, otherwise the castle will not satisfy its reputation. I'm a little disappointed. The service is almost always very friendly. I noticed a lady (restaurant management?) who has gathered a service before the guests present. This is very unprofessional. The beautiful and large meeting rooms are still worth mentioning."

"....bei schwerwiegenden Beschwerden - viel schlimmer kann es wirklich nicht werden. Ich kann dieses Restaurant definitiv nicht empfehlen und werde selbst nie mehr wiederkommen, nach der Vorspeise (entspricht ca. 1,5 Stunden Aufenthalt) sind wir freiwillig gegangen. Das alles auch noch an Muttertag - Danke für Nichts!"

"Wir waren jetzt zum fünften Mal innerhalb eines Jahres im Crass und das Lokal konnte sich nochmals steigern. Die Entenbrust perfekt und der Lammrücken meines Mannes ein Traum! Die Speisekarte zeigt sich gegenüber früher deutlich frischer und geschmacklich hat das Lokal nochmals deutlich zugelegt. Der Service war wie immer sehr gut und freundlich. Die Bewertung meines Vorschreibers hake ich einmal unter "Bashing" aus dem näheren Umfeld des ehemaligen Küchenchefs ab, der hier ja kein glückliches Händchen hatte. Der Wechsel in der Küche tat sowohl der Speisekarte, als auch dem Geschmack der Speisen sehr gut!"
