"We visited Frankies Osterbro on Thu 19 Aug. Pizzas were decent, reasonably ok, nothing extraordinary. Service staffs were pretending to be super busy despite average crowd. We literally had to stand 15 minutes with a 9 months old in hand just to be accompanied to our reserved table. They need to be sensitive and be able to prioritise based on situations. The staff especially in the front desk was rather intimidating and lacked professional training. There was a clear lack of coordination among the team especially on order queues and payment. We waited for 30-35 mins just for our Calezone at the end while the baby was getting cranky. No special arrangements for birthday celebration despite informing in advance (just few pink balloons and lollies spread on the table with a flag). Generally, a number of places I have visited go the extra mile on special occasions to make it memorable. It certainly goes a long way. I would suggest to invest more in the fundamentals (improving the quality of food and service) before advertising. Hoping for a turnaround soon!! Jay"

"The pizza is not the best of the world, but it is good enough close to! prices are amazing! Really good pizza for almost no money. The owner is really sweet, the times I have been there he smiled. Once he was delayed with about 15 minutes, and I was allowed to choose what I would have extra topping without having to pay."
