"Thought the broken sausages looked good, how wrong was I, the women behind the counter just picked a price from the sky, $5.00, $3,50 all where else, why I don't know yet, then a dry, tasteless piece of wood had to be in...batter, terrible, hot box food has an expiry date, not to these people."

"The restaurant is a small room next to the bar and gaming room. The atmosphere is like any other tavern or pub, but very clean and tidy. There are seats for 20 people (give or take) and is quite cozy. You order from a counter connected to the kitchen; there were limited staff but service was prompt.I ordered the pork belly and a sticky date pudding. Both were tasty, but I cannot fairly expand on this as I'd never tried pork belly before. The crackling was great at least, as were the chips I had as a side.The pudding was a decent serving size (big ol' slab, hooray!) and was not of the mass produced variety. Served with ice-cream and whipped cream with what I think was grated white chocolate - I hoed it all down too fast to tell.Overall the experience was very average - nothing wrong but nothing perfect either. But the price matched very well and I'd happily eat there again.An extra note - the attached Gaming room looked quite extensive - if you are into that I would definitely recommend this venue."

"A new experience ... I ordered one crumbed fish, a serve of chips and one potato scallop, which I don’t usually get... Once I got over the initial shock, which lasted a few seconds, of what I was expecting my chips to look like, I then ploughed into a new experience of fish and chips for Sunday lunch.... I enjoyed every bit of it ?... I thought to myself after the first bite of the potato scallop, “Next time I am going to order two.” ... Another thing, the food was not greasy and didn’t make my stomach feel “blah”... So I am looking forward to going back in the very near future... Well done, Trish! ????... "Overcooked steak, and disinterested staff! 3 out of 4 meals were inedible. The sauce on the Surf and Turf was cold and tasteless, which then made the rubbery seafood, cold and tasteless. Waitress was not concerned with feedback on the meals, not even sure she passed it on to management."
