"Came in here about a week ago. No body was in the drive thru. I went inside and there were two people ahead of me in the line and it took 15-20 minutes to get my food. It's not even like it was fresh both the nuggets and the burger were old the fries might have been fresh. Ultimately it was terrible service for no reason. It's not even like it was busy."

"This review was a long time coming. Getting take out from here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. For starters I ordered curbside, 45 minutes past my time nobody came out and then I tried calling. Busy signal every time -so I figured I’d go inside and when I got there, I was told the cooks were running an hour behind at least and that They didn’t even start my order I waited another hour and again Was told it still hasn’t been started yet, but they are doing my order next before you know it an employee went out and said their systems crashed and they lost every single order and that They could only refund anybody. I can tell you people were NOT happy. My favorite was when I overheard an employee say to another “did you see how disappointed that fat lady looked, not that she needs breakfast” AVOID AVOID AVOID"

"Always enjoy a good Mexican style restaurant. However one thing I do not enjoy is seeing the bottom of a container dumped on top of a fresh container. Especially when you can see the contents. Corn tomatoes onions all scrapped from the bottom of the sour cream. Those contents were mixed in to a fresh container then served.Had to wait for the server to make a few trips to the back to resupply the bowl lids and other toppings. Meanwhile there are clearly employees not doing anything. This caused the line to back up making other people wait.Funny thing is it is faster to order take out then it is to come into the restaurant... I know this cause I often do mobile orders while on the store when the line is backed up with 7 or 8 people waiting."
