"We had dinner on Monday night. We were five people. We arrive at 20:30, after an hour we take orders, wait 45 minutes for the mixed appetizer with:salu, cheese, grilled vegetables and frittatina. It's hot! Hot cold meat, hot cheese! Let's go wrong. about 22:30 we ask for the first, 40 minutes have passed since the start had shot us. a pinsa arrives, after 20 minutes arrive 2 before, after another 20 minutes one before and after 15 minutes the last first. Biblical times for everything! and we're talking about a Monday night, there were 5 tables occupied. 3 people take redones, a mistake; come lukewarm and hard for in a reasonable time (12 jets! We order 2 desserts, those arrive within 10 minutes and were good. I wouldn't recommend it."

"The minute booked our table as we walked into the restaurant we were made to feel welcome. Went in on bank holiday Monday thinking we were going to have pizzas, but ended up ordering the homemade ricotta and spinach ravioli which were delicious and definitely homemade, my husband had the ragu fettuccine and also enjoyed them. We were recommended the special of slow roast veal with porchini mushrooms and we were not disappointed. The meat was so tender. A lovely meal all round in a fabulous mountain village with very friendly staff. We were also offered a limoncello or amaro as we paid the bill which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant and look forward to returning. One last point the decor and cleanliness were excellent."

"I guess everything depends on what their expectations are when they enter a place where they have no knowledge. that is exactly within the palazzo barberini, the old tempel of the dea fortuna primigenia, one of the most amazing religious places in all ancient, period. so, location? simply great, without being overwhelming. the service was gracious, punctual and polite. the food was a surprise. without excess it was just very good. not complicated or out of place. discovered thanks to the fork. a second visit to palestrina."

"Followed the recommendation of the hotel owner and the other reviewers but actually found it hard to beleive that an excellent would describe the place. It was nice, the wine we chose was good, the prices are very fair but the service is medium and the food is just above medium. Very medium pizza and bad coffee which is hard to get in Italy. So do try among the cheap and dissent places."
