"Besides being close to Fiesch Bergbahnen, we have nothing good to talk about this hotel. We were hoping to enjoy a fun ski weekend there, but we had to cancel last night to leave earlier because of multiple reasons. Firstly, we had the staff randomly come into our room without any warning while we were still inside. We find this unacceptable and there’s no locking mechanism. Secondly, the breakfast was really not acceptable second morning, we could tell the bread and cheese and eggs were from the day before. Not fresh at all and the dishware was not properly cleaned. The elevator was broken the entire weekend, and there was no effort to have it fixed asap. The cherry on top was how they dealt with very rowdy and loud guests. For two nights in a row, we suffered from insomnia due to very very unruly guests that kept loudly laughing, chatting and even running around at 3am for many hours. When we complained, they did nothing but offer us to cancel the remaining night, No real compensation or effort to resolve the problem or put us in a room further away. They aren’t responsible for other guests’ behavior but they are responsible for customer care, and we find this entirely unacceptable. The staffs spoke barely any english or german for that matter, and couldn’t communicate properly when filing complaints. Cannot recommend this accommodation at all."

"Wir mussten 30min warten, um Getränke zu bestellen, die dann wiederum erst nach 30min serviert wurden. Das Servicepersonal war hoffnungslos überfordert, weil sie bloss zu zweit waren - am Mittag bei wunderschönem Wetter in einem Restaurant, welches direkt an der Skipiste liegt!Die Pizza wurde 20min später serviert und war lecker. Aber das nützt leider auch nicht mehr viel, wenn die Nerven zuvor so strapaziert worden sind."

"We had the best meal in Switzerland in here, highly recommend to go there : There is English menu and English speaking service which is super friendly and helpful : You can pay by card and sit inside or outside as you prefer. The food is just delicious, we had pork with pasta, burger and plum pie as dessert. Everything made in house, meat comes from local farmers and was made so good that we are still dreaming about it xD We will definitely visit again :"
