"What a terrible experience! I dined here with my family on July 7. Our server was Andre. He was attentive and friendly. He first asked if we’d like some bread. We said yes not knowing that we would be charged $18 for 3 baskets of bread. Most of the food we ordered was salty and not tasty at all. Carbonara was not edible and we had to send it back. When we got the bill of $537.10, we notice the 3.5% charge and 20% of gratitude for a large group. It was just waste of money. Would never recommend this restaurant! "I love that it is clean, so I don't feel I need to worry extra about getting food poisoning. I have some disabilities and they are always very accommodating. The staff have all been very friendly. I generally get the same sandwich, and theirs are the best I have had. I'd imagine that's because they are clean and seem as sanitary as this kind of place can be. I will definitely be going back. "I placed an order yesterday around 3pm for delivery at 5:30. Around 6pm I called in because it hadn't been delivered. Apparently something in the system somehow went kaput and our pizza had been delivered to what we learned was a vacant unit at the apartment complex we live at. The manager cooked us a fresh pizza and was extremely kind to me about the entire mixup. On our way home, we drove to the address the pizza was delivered to and sure enough. It was there, and had been for a little bit. We ended up bringing the pizza and wings to our upstairs neighbor who recently went through some medical setbacks, and just wanted to thank the staff at Papa Johns for being so good to us. We will be customers forever. Thanks guys, 5 stars!"
