"This man is amazing!!! He notices when someone is missing their salmon. He brings them water if they forgot to get some. He picks up the fast food trash from people who didn’t even eat from his establishment. Keeps everyone waiting for their food calm and happy. Makes sure they get napkins and silverware. Employee of the century! If I were his undercover boss, I’d promote him and put him in charge of customer service! Ronald is THE MAN!"

"We ordered one chicken burrito, two veggie tacos (with guacamole and quinoa and cheese dip at the Willy's in B terminal at the Atlanta airport. The total came to $30.35 plus tax. We thought this was a bit expensive and realized that they had charged us $7.20 for a tablespoon of quinoa on each taco and $2.40 for the guacamole! I contacted customer service after our flight and they were very helpful. After finding and reviewing our receipt they sent me a refund check for $9.60. Otherwise the food was good and no other issues. I had initially given a low rating, but have since revised it with a higher rating due to the exceptional customer service. I will definitely go there again the next time I am in Atlanta, but will make sure I double check the receipt before paying:"
