"I am absolutely appalled by the experiences in this fast food restaurant. we have accused myself of a great meal and my family and I, a mean meal. there also the workers were very rude and almost threatened with eating at my wife. if they want to buy at mcdonald’s, I recommend to them to buy elsewhere, would not come again."

"Today I went to a place I liked to get Burger and I haven't been there since the pandemic. When we arrived, we already noticed loud music, so I thought it was difficult to hear taken orders, but for them?s as they don't bother. So we go to our order a children Cheeseburger Combo, and 2 regular Pozi Cheeseburger Combo. Like a cilantro aioli fries plus baklava. We waited for 20 minutes to get our food out and miss a combo and they didn't give us any drinks. We wanted to add a garlic dip and Pita bread, but when we learned that they didn't want to recharge for the combo and let us wait again, we decided to get nothing else and leave!!! When we came home with our food, the fries were soggy, the burgers were sloppy, the baklava was old and dry (made me wanna gag also the chopped pistachios were old), a person without a combo now and forced to do something else for lunch. Really disappointing to think that I love coming here with my family and now it will be the last time I ever go back!!! Worse is when we said we didn't want to buy the garlic (a galley brought it to us when we went, but when we came to say that we didn't pay. We didn't want it so idk why she insisted to try to tell us that we have to pay) or wait for another combination they didn't charge us for the cause there loud music. I can see why they screwed up our order. Need to repair your service and cut out the loud music, maybe also have fresh candy and not sell me old!!!"
