"As usual, I can always rely on VI for a quick and good meal when out and about. This time, however, I ordered something I had never tried before and was surprised that I really did not like it at all. Was just like “bummer, this is unfortunate”, but my server, Jessica, went above and beyond and allowed me to replace my meal. I definitely don’t expect this level of service, feel really guilty for accepting it, though am very appreciative for it. I truly have never had a bad dining experience at this location or any other Village Inn for that matter. Thank you"

"Hello everyone my name is Pam and I use to tend bar there way before it was the Railhouse. I tended bar when it was called the Mainliner. I tended bar from like 1985-86 until 1989. I met my husband there. Always around 2-3am it was so packed in there I had to move behind the bar the rest of the night.. They had a house band back then. The one picture of 2 girls dancing was taken there. That's me a Cindy Carr Thennis she trained me to be a bartender/waitress. We had so much fun. We danced all night long. We live in Alabama now been here since 1990."
