"I love paneras french onion soup, but the last 4 or 5 times I've ordered food from there they forgot the cheese and croutons for it so it ends up just being an expensive bowl of onion broth. Almost every time my family orders from there they forget someones sandwich or give us something other than what we ordered. Be warned, if you are ordering food from here and plan to take it home to eat you need to physically take every item out of the bag and unwrap every sandwich to inspect everything while you are still in the restaurant unless you feel like having to drive back there to fix your order while the rest of your food gets cold at home. This place seems to suffer from extreme incompetence when it comes to getting your orders right."
