"I have waited a bit to post this review to see if anything has changed. We’ve been to this IHOP about 4 times. Every single time, we are extremely disappointed.They do not offer curbside pickup, which is fine, but don’t promote that you do. They don’t have a designated host/hostess so any time you go in, it takes around 10 minutes to get someone’s attention. Not to mention, every single employee I’ve had contact with at this location is very rude. The food is always great though, so won’t complain there."

"Went in after lunch around 3:30pm on a Tue and it was perfect. No line, great customer service and food was fresh and delicious! Large portions so we brought some home for later. We ate here yesterday and had to come back the next day for more. Wife had French dip, and I had the King Club. Yesterday I had the regular club."

"The cocktails here are top notch. Very spirit forward you just need one. The food, I wanted to love more. Frankly, there was nothing particularly special about any of their offerings. I ordered the filet. While cooked to order, the flavor was lacking.The sauce gave much needed life support. The purple potatoes lured me to this dish. There was literally nothing special aboutthem. There are better places in Franklin for food. Only hit this place for the bar."

"I am a woman transporter. I deliver commercial vehicles all over the United States. After I delivered a bus I came in this McDonald's across the street from my delivery. I came to eat and to wait on another driver that was 2 an a half hours away. I ordered and took a booth in the back. I was sitting for about 2 hours when a Spanish lady who may be the Manger in plan clothes walked up and rudely asked if I was waiting on a ride because McDonald's policy was that I could only sit in for 1 hour. This was during lunch time and they weren't busy at all. I informed her that as many McDonald's I've been to I've never heard that before. She said someone called that watches the camera from corporate. Which I felt like it was a lie. I informed her that my ride was nearby and that I was leaving soon that I will do a review on this location. As she walked away she said you got 20 min then you have to go. Now what's just shocking is that I'm a well dressed Afro-American lady that not only ordered lunch but went back up to the counter to order dessert. I wish I knew this or would have gotten the nasty treatment before I spent my money here."

"Does not live up to the five guys' reputation. Marginal food and service. The burgers ate decent enough. but the fries were terrible, i took them back and got a refund. They were that bad. The pruces have gotten too high IMO. $42 for two burgers, fries and drinks? I can go to red Robin and get out the door feeding three people for the same price."
