"Perfect. We rented a mobile home with family (2 adults and 2 children 4 and 8) for 3 nights. Despite the fact that swimming is not possible, we spent pleasant moments in this very clean, quiet campsite, with lots of games available. The wifi available only at the reception allows to disconnect and meet other campers to chat. Katia is very welcoming and smiling. Thanks again for your stay. We recommend this campsite"

"We tried to go to this restaurant for lunch. It is open from 12:00 to 2:00. Because we don’t speak English, someone called them for us to see when the kitchen closed and we were told 2:00. Because we got a little lost on the way, we got there at 2:04 and the only thing they would make for us was fries and a plate of salad, and then only after I pleaded with them! But at least they made us something and what they made was very good. And we should know after two weeks in France how strict places are about opening and closing times!"

"Super cozy little restaurant on a family-friendly bathing lake. More vegetarian options on the menu and otherwise big prawns, steaks from the local butcher, local and, pigs, etc. Homemade pies for dessert. It is perhaps not the biggest gourmet experience in the area, but there is good mood and friendly staff! Try: Reje salad, pigs or steak beech: the tunbøffen. They are exhausted and not so exciting."

"We stayed in a guest house nearby, after being dropped off by taxi we realised that most guests would generally have a car. After looking online we found this place was around 45 mins walk away. Off we set unsure if this place was even going to be open. When we arrived we were welcomed in by the lovely host. She was a little surprised that we wanted a table that evening, I assume most book. We were taken through to the rear terrace, only one other French family there. This place is not like other restaurants, this really is being taken into someone home for dinner. With our broken French we ordered just a main course, no menu or choice but this didn’t matter, she simply asked us if we had any allergies. The food arrived and we had a selection of simple high quality ingredients assembled into a delicious French meal. We had a rolled steak, sliced potatoes, fois gras, ratatouille some melon parma ham. These descriptions don’t do it justice. Everything was delicious, considering we hadn’t booked she whipped up a meal with no trouble. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying nearby. It was such a treat to have a very traditional French meal in effectively someone’s home. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
