"It was my first time at Carabba's yesterday. I didn't know what to expect even though I always saw the commercials on tv. I was pleasantly surprised. My sister and I went in the afternoon and it was not crowded at all. The service was great. The portions of food were amazing. The appetizers were twice the size of other restaurants. Everything I ordered was delicious. When the bread is served at your table, they also give you a fresh herb mix. You add olive oil to it and then you dip the warm sliced Italian bread into the oil and herb mix. It was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a blackberry sangria and it was out of this world. The dishes are made from scratch and some of the deserts are made on the premises. I would definitely return to Carrabba's Italian Grill with a big party in the future. I would highly recommend this restaurant. because of the food, the wait staff, and the great prices."

"Simply awful. Wow did they destroy their original signature pie that made them famous. The Sicilian pie with the cheese on the bottom and sauce on top. Night and day of what it used to be. Now the crust is thicker chewy and not crispy, and not much sauce and the mozzarella is non existent. Tastes nothing like it was. Don't waste your time and money. The original Alberts is gone. These pies are a cheapened facsimile of the best pizza ever made. They probably even changed suppliers of their ingredients. It is shocking how bad their pies have become. Well it was good while it lasted."

"When I got there there were 3 team members, 2 of which were just sitting down doing nothing, while the one actually working seemed busy making an order. Therefore I had to wait longer to pick my order up, which was just on the shelf ready when I gotthere. Again the 2 other team members doing nothing asked the other one to grab my order? Laziness level 100. Nobody was at thecounter, and no bell to ring for one?s attention. When I finally got my order and home the stuffed crust pizza was likecardboard and the dog wouldn?t even eat it. Winded up throwing it out. On the other specialty pie (Alfredo thin crust) there lashardly any Alfredo sauce. It was more of a disappointment than the stuffed crust was. Needless to say if you want to bedisappointed venture on over and have pizza that is the equivalent of a pizza made from a dumpster. Though, I?d go elsewhere,for sure. Never ordering again"
