"Our annual return speaks for itself. It is a very good family restaurant with helpful service. There is a good range of food ranging from shell fish to meats. It is all well prepared. There are set menus and al la carte so it can fit all budgets. It is always busy with holiday makers which is not a surprise as it occupies a prime site on the High Street. There is a lot of competition and so a good crowd is a good indication. It is busy with a happy atmosphere. This was our first visit with a babe in arms (my grand daughter). The staff were very helpful is seating us in a good position with ample space to move around."

"The menu at 24€ has changed since our last visit in April 2017. It's always very good and inventive. The melon with the revisited pineau is a real gourmet surprise, and the fish with crunchy vegetables a delight. the bleeding beef was generously served. the service was always also attentive despite the presence of a group this evening (Pentecost fire) - a performance because the group was served as soon as possible. the view is superb, and the bright and warm room all furnished with clear wood."

"We discovered this little spot about 4 years ago, and its become a firm favourite every time we visit. I've been here with friends and family, and the kids menu is good too. Easy to find along the walkway by the port inlet, whilstits quite small it has tables both inside outdoors. The staff are friendly and polite. Some speak English. Great for people watching or just a drink, but the star of the show is the Moules. They do several dishes ranging from cream, white wine or even curry which is really good. Fresh each day the combination menu provides Moules, with a big bowl of hot frites, fresh bread and your choice of house red, local beer or soft drink all for €12. Bottled still water was free. Great for lunch or dinner, they have fish dishes and good pizzas too. Although it's small, it's popular with locals too. Vegetarian meals available. We sat on the quayside as we had our dog with us, which wasn't a problem, the waitress fetched fresh water in a bowl for her. Car parking is about 100m away and it's free. Local art galleries, gift shop, bars and restaurants are on both sides of the inlet. We make a point of visiting every time we're in the area. Recommend highly."
