"I have been there for the third time since the opening of the peculiarities in september. with the whole family, then friends. several foods were tried by us. really delicious everything. from the pizza to homemade pasta dishes, to salads, meat dishes and to the good conclusion, still re-integrated. for us very perfect. the new owners are young, totally nice and highly motivated. the satisfaction of the guests is very expensive to them. they feel very strong and it makes joy, with delicious food and friendly atmosphere to spend time with friends family there. we wish a lot of success, a lot of luck and good success"

"Dear Restaurant Pächterin, Dear Restaurant Pächter, Liebes Vereinsheim, on Thursday, 24.09.2020 at 9:30 p.m., we have come to the restaurant for food. Nice and friendly we were welcomed and set to a big table. All 10 people have ordered something to eat. Beverages, appetizers, noodles, pizzas so good, but after waiting as one of the 10 guests, unfortunately after 40 min, no order has been ordered tonno and all the others have already almost eaten my appetite at 22:35. Then I went forward as a guest to the Tresen and ordered the Pizza Tonno again, as it takes too long and the appetite has passed. The hostess has yelled at me as a guest and pelled what this is supposed to be and that the pizza takes time. After coming back to my seat and paying the two drinks (Bitter Lemon) on the next occasion, the hostess has relocated and yelled at me as a guest in front of the 9 people at the table and poised that the kitchen can't do anything that I should wait for the pizza while saying nothing bad.... With renewed admiration, I once again stated that as a guest, I am responsible for the fact that the pizza takes longer than 40 minutes and that you have to accept that you have the word and I have nothing to say as a paying guest, because you don't let me say anything. On the question whether you have spoken out and I would like to ask if you were talking to a guest like this, I did not even get the opportunity to ask my question! Just as soon as I hear the restaurant or You should leave if it doesn't fit me.... Dear Restaurant Pächterin may be such a kind of appearance and handling of guests in other countries (Romania) Sitte, but here in Ober-Ramstadt and surroundings where everyone knows everyone and the restaurant is not used for events such as wedding, birthday, baptism, meetings, Italian evening and other events! Please reconsider your behavior towards the guests, as in difficult times as today with CORONA every paying guest helps them and the employees to persist. For me as a guest today as well as the other 9 people present, this reaction has left a negative impression and thus no return will take place. I would have liked an apology for your behaviour and as a model as a restaurant guardian, but unfortunately it is or was too much demanded. With kind regards M.A."
