"This place used to be the best around for miles. I went recently for pizza chips. The pizza was okay, but the chips were over cooked and cold by the time I got home. They are cooking the chips with the pizza orders too soon, so the chips are done, but the pizza is still in the oven. I suggest ordering the pizza on its own, then on collection ordering the chips. Will avoid for quite some time."

"We ordered fish chips and a jumbo sausage for home delivery. The wife and I always split the chips, fish and sausage from wherever we order. We've had some truly awful deliveries over the years, but this was the most appauling excuse for food we've ever experienced. In fact, this is the first time it was so bad it went straight into the bin. I only have it 1 star because I couldn't give it a zero. Yes, it truly deserves a 0. They couldn't even get the basics right. The chips were hard and crunchy and had clearly been cooked several hours earlier and left sitting above the fryer to dry out. My wife almost broke a tooth and I can honestly say no more than 10 chips were eaten between us. The fish might have been ok if it weren't swimming in grease (which dripped through the paper it was wrapped in). The batter was white, soggy and inedible. My wife's went straight in the bin. I battled on but only managed to eat half of mine. I felt nauseous for some time after due to a stomach full of grease (despite only eating ¼ of the fish). The sausage was covered in a rock hard batter (which got chipped off) and the meat was once again swimming in grease. The only thing that this filled... was the bin. We ended up having a sandwich after wasting £9.50p on this muck... and I gave the driver a 50p tip! I can't believe anyone who cared about their business could possibly send out such diabolical food. It's fair to say that nothing could have prepared us for how unbelievably bad Rose hill Fish Chips are. This god awful chip shop needs to be called out so nobody else puts money in the pockets of these cowboys. I can hand on heart say that this is the WORST chippy in Wallsend... if not, the whole of North Tyneside. AVOID AT ALL COST."

"Apart from needing to be warmed up a bit on receiving it just on time, the meal was as tasty, plentiful and a treat as we’ve experienced before. Opted for the chicken tikka stir fry this time as one of the meals and it was lovely, a nice change. Asked for extra chilli in the tikka masala to add a bit more heat. Sundries very nice and leftovers for another day. Utilising money off from an Eat company made it great value."
