"The food at Jade Garden is possibly the best chinese food I have ever eaten. Highly recommend a visit. Staff are fantastically friendly and always treat you like you are the only person in their restaurant, even when there isn't a spare seat in the place! My wife and I travel a 40 mile round trip to eat there, and it is well worth it! Highly recommend the King Do spare ribs!!"

"Ordered a takeaway for delivery at a particular time but it arrived 1hr 20mins too early. The shrimp chop suey was disgusting and we couldn't eat it. The rest of the meal was average. We will not be using them again."

"Myself and a group of friends recently came here for a few drinks on a Sunday evening, I've never written a review on here before but thought it was only right I did so this time. The evening in general was very enjoyable, especially the food. However the service was rather negative, I believe the server who was waiting on us was the manager, and unfortunately the service he provided us with wasn’t a great experience. I work in retail so I know providing positive customer service at all times isn’t always possible especially when busy. However, he was quite rude in the way he shot down my friend when she offered help with drinks, saying ‘don’t do that’ instead of politely just asking when all she was doing was offering help when it was clear he was struggling. He also walked away when we were mid ordering our food. I think we were just a bit disappointed in the way he spoke to us, obviously we understand that due to Covid there’s certain rules to follow when serving however I don’t think it was right to have spoken to a customer in that way."
