"All I can say is … wow! I had the opportunity to come to Scribner’s for a company retreat and will be coming back sometime soon for another friends/fam trip! The lodge is absolutely beautiful and impeccably designed. The restaurant is phenomenal and food is tasty. Even the scrambled eggs!!!! And the staff, super lovely. Special shout-out to Ben for taking care of our group so nicely. The lodge is truly a special place thanks to the amazing team that is running it!"

"Good food with a great view. Pulled pork sandwich homemade chips was delicious. My husband enjoyed his Speck Cheeseburger with Fritten. We sat on the deck on a beautiful day and enjoyed the view."

"One of the worst restaurants that I've ever visited. Food was okay. I tried the burger and the taste was good even though the beef patty was a little bit raw. My family tried the tuna melted, that one was bland; the masa pancakes were horrible no taste. Drinks were OK also but the price is so expensive if we talk about quality. The service was the worst. Also I asked for coffee and they didn't gave me sugar or spoon. At the end they didn't even asked if we wanted something else before bringing the check."

"This place is right in front of Hunter Mountain, super comfortable location with a great view of the mountain. The food is good! I tried her wings I loved the fact that they sell them individually! I also had the chicken sandwich, sweet potatoes and I tried their cold! Definitely recommend! Total great service, good beer options good food."

"It was the most disgusting dining experience in my lifetime we could not even finish a few sushi, were seriously concerned it will turn out into a GI disaster. I think that if a few kids would experiment with making sushi out of non sushi grade rice and lumps of random fish, they probably would have done a better job. Really hazardous! Avoid!"

"Bad place, always closed, with misinformed office workers. Do not go there before calling the office to make sure what and if it's open. We paid 30 dollars for a taxi after being told that most of the attractions are open, but when we got there we found closed and empty place"

"Fast service, fresh and delicious food. Visited Hunter, NY for the weekend. My husband had been there before, and said we have to go get breakfast as this place. Ordered a bacon egg cheese on a sesame bagel. Everything I?d hope for, for a breakfast sandwich. The fresh bagels made right there really make a difference. I should have taken a dozen home!"

"Best pizza around by far. The staff is super friendly and the new renovations have given the place a much more welcoming and upscale feel.
