"Zugegebenermaßen: wir sind mit einem kleinen Kind und einem Hund ins Lokal gekommen. Vielleicht nicht die Wunschvorstellung eines jeden Gastronom es, aber auch diese Leute haben ein Anrecht auf ein Mittagessen. Unser Tisch war nicht abgeräumt, es stand noch ein Bierglas auf dem Tisch. Um mein Kind zu schützen, habe ich dieses auf den Nachbartisch geparkt, nachdem die Bedienung dieses nach einigen Minuten immer noch nicht abgeräumt hatte. zwischenzeitlich hatte ich mich getraut, nach einem Hochstuhl zu fragen. Darauf hin habe ich nur verständnisloses Kopfschütteln geerntet. Dann kam die patzige Bedienung, meinte es wäre eine Unverschämtheit, ein Glas auf einen reservierten Tisch abzustellen. Darauf zogen wir es vor das Lokal zu verlassen. Wer keine Lust auf Gastronomie hat, sollte halt was anderes machen. Aber dieses Lokal ist eine Zumutung."

We had eaten lunch at the place and were deliberately not on Friday, but wanted to spontaneously decide where to eat. My wife studied the card in the elevator and the decision was made. With not so great expectations that I entered the restaurant of the Steigenberger, I personally had some other restaurants in sight. The restaurant on the ground floor is very pleasantly integrated into the hotel, we feed in the conservatory and thus protected by the hectic and hectic at the bar and reception. Overall you feel comfortable and can eat in a pleasant atmosphere. The service has made joy. That was a positive surprise. Questions about food have been discussed and informed.
