"We've been here for several years. The last couple of times we ordered Manicotti and Lasagne. You'd get fresh Italian bread and olive oil to dip it. Your pizza is also very good. But after a few times from the order, it wasn't good. There's the sauce on the lasagna or something else is so salty. You have forgotten On more than one occasion to give olive oil with bread. However, the bottom of bread is always burned and hard as baked and dry. We just threw it away. And we're done with this place. It used to be a wonderful Italian restaurant, but in recent years we have changed something."

"Order arrived in noted time. Pizza was hot and delicious. Meatballs were a tiny bit spicy, but only just enough to make them taste great. The carmelized onions tasted wonderful and the mushrooms were tasty. The cheese was very good too. Sauce was very sweet, but I like it that way. Be aware, it is sweet! Overall a great pizza. Will order from here again."

"I will begin by ordering Dominos regularly (avg. 1 all 2wks) and everything was good. Every problem was easy and visited immediately and with good customer service. But last night was a completely different story. We ordered two pizzas and the cinnamon glasses. The delivery time was their normal 40 minutes or so. However, one of the pizzas was burned so badly that it was almost unrecognizable, definitely not edible. Called and spoke to manager (because he said he was called Trace), said he would get us another and it would be about 20 minutes. After almost 40 min and no pizza, re called to cancel. He said he couldn't do anything when the driver just left the store. I told the driver we cancelled the delivery. 30 minutes later, no driver yet called again, Mgr Trace said he didn't have to give the driver word. I asked what time should I be informed? Nobody called to tell me. Only after I asked about the refund, he said, yes I would be fully refunded. Not sure whether management has changed or what, but very bad customer service. From now on, I'm done with Dominos!"
