"Busy restaurant on main road in altura serving great food at good prices. My party had lamb cutlets, Iberian pork and shellfish with rice all good choices. "It was very quiet. At first I thought it was because the Portuguese eat later but it was still very quiet when we left. We had the same wine we had at Fernando's but it was a bit cheaper. There was plenty choice on the menu and the portions were good. All in all very satisfactory but nothing special."

"We came here and the waiter advised us to sit at the roof top as the view was on the sea. Well we had a nice view and the service was as you wished for. We wanted paella but my husband wanted sardines. So the...waitress advised us to choose the paella and she would talk with the chef to make the sardines as a side dish. The service was really nice and they had humor as well. So really if you visit manta rota take a stop at this place for nice view great service and great food."

"We went there with two couples for dinner. The service was very good. The English speaking waiter was very attentive, helped with translations and suggestions. This was clearly the best part of the experience. The garlic shrimp as a starter were nothing special but with 12 Euro a bit pricy. The octopus and the baby calamari were also ok but we had those dishes at other restaurants in the area for much less. The tiramisu must have been prepared a while ago, it had dried out quite a bit. We liked the house wine. Overall a good evening but the pricing of the restaurant is at the upper limit for the standard regional food. You can definitely get better deals at local mall Portuguese restaurants (with a less famous and decorated chef)."
