"Toasted ravioli seemed like it was flash fried as if it were from a bag. The bread was cold and seasoning tasted like it was out of a Italian seasoning box. The fettuccine sauce was bland and seemed like it was reduced. The garlic bread was however done right. I'd like to believe once upon a time the restaurant was amazing and I'm sure Covid hasn't helped but it was Okay at best. Theres no passion in the food and you can taste it. I hope you guys can improve."

"I've got a call that doesn't report a driver for 4 hours because of calling the driver. I'm pretty simple. I agreed to let the delivery wait until 3 o'clock when the next driver wanted to get in. I tried to call 15:40 when I heard nothing. call them to the customer service line where I said, "I can't of them, so I guess they have their order.
