"This place is located at the end of the 109 tram line at Beacon Cove/Port Melbourne. The outdoor area is pet friendly which is great if we take the pooch and equally as nice if we decide to go it alone. The gentleman who generally serves you is friendly and has time for a quick chat. We recently visited twice, once on a Saturday and the other on a Thursday. The first time coffee was faultless and the service great and the second time coffee was lukewarm and the girl who served me inside, looked petrified to come out from behind the counter as if it was out of her comfort zone. We did not get any water brought to the table the second time either. All in all, the experience here is usually great but I guess you can have an off day !"
