"Visited here recently for an evening meal. the burger and the pommes ordered. fries were beautiful, unfortunately the burgers were very moderate. for this type of price they would expect a better quality bark. I was suspicious when I ordered when I asked to be my medium cooked. this question was met with a confused star and nervous smile. the burger was well done. yet it was eating edible. drinking was good. they were mixed and well served. the personal was polite and well presented. the washrooms in this food are clean, but wow there is a serious problem here. the washrooms smell really bad. it's worse than a blocked drain. it's just terrible. this problem needs to be fixed."

"Haven't visited this place for a few years and thought we would give it a try now it is under new ownership. Met Sarah who gave us a really friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The meal was first class, large helpings, reasonable and plenty of choice. On a Monday they do a special deal for over 60s which was fantastic. A really lovely little place to visit, which deserves to be put on the map! Well done Sarah keep up the good work!!!"
