"The venue, food, service, value and portions are all 10/10. I absolutely love the whole vibe of this restaurant, it feels so authentic and the staff are all so lovely. My first encounter here was a first date back in 2015; we have visited many times since but to point out a few special ones, we returned to celebrated our pregnancy news, our engagement and then most recently when that date became my husband, we came back to Sorrentina with our family to celebrate our wedding day. The organisation for our party of 25 was impeccable, the food all came out in a structured and timely manner. The quality of the food was incredible as it always is fresh, authentic Italian food cooked to perfection Sorrentina is the perfect little spot for a romantic dinner, a family meal or a larger party meal. Sentimental feelings aside, I truly cannot fault it in any way. Needless to say we’ll be back! But more importantly, the feedback from our 20+ guests that hadn’t been here before was that they all really enjoyed the food, the staff were lovely and that they’d definitely return. Some have even gone and recommended it to their friends and families local people supporting a small local business! A humongous thank you to Tony, Emilio, Adriano and all the rest of the lovely staff, there wasn’t any other place we’d have wanted to spend our day."

"We had an early family Christmas get together and decided on a takeaway. So pleased we chose Zaza! A meal for so quite a complicated and large order but we got all the right food and it was all excellent! Really efficient and friendly service, the food was absolutely lovely, including a perfectly cooked steak and sea bass. We have so often been let down by great restaurants who can’t get the takeaway thing right, so were really chuffed with our choice. Thank you Zaza, we will be back! Clare B"

"My boyfriend and I came here on a random evening out and couldn’t have had a lovelier experience. The staff are all so friendly, and the food is very fresh. We were a little apprehensive upon arrival given that the menu looked a little cheap (as it was printed on plain paper and not photocopied straight) however this was totally misleading and no one should be put off by this. The food, atmosphere and staff were all so much more than the outside suggested it might be. We definitely will be back next time we’re in the area."

"Had the worst experience ever with their delivery service (food was meant to arrive within 30 minutes, it's now been 2 hours! , rude staff kept refusing to pick up the phone when i called from the number through which we'd ordered, and then kept lying about a driver being on the way for an hour and a half haven't got the food yet, very pissed and disappointed!"
