"General Where is Calamares or similar, as well as my test appetizer Vitello Tonnato? After searching on the internet we were found in the Sasso. We were not disappointed. On the contrary! The young ladies and gentlemen of the service were all chic modern Italian style; the ladies with eye mask à la Cleopatra. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food We had two appetizers (small mixed crab salad to € 5,40 photo; Vitello Tonnato for € 9,90 photo) and Calamari Livornese for € 12,90 (photo). The crab salad looked stunning with many fresh ingredients and delicious dressing. One had the impression that the cook had just practiced for his master exam. I haven't seen a pizzeria yet. However, one must say that the crabs, unlike the North German pomegranate, hardly had their own taste. All right. The Vitello Tonnato was also very successful, both visually and tastefully. Captains were not saved. But I'd like a little more tonnato in the sauce. The Calamari Livornese were dressed on an oval shell with maritime ornaments. We had left vegetables and potatoes for pizza bread. The red sauce with capers and black olives were also on the shell in an additional pot. The Calamari were perfectly sworn; not hard and not dry. The sauce salty, sharp and delicate. We tried to taste all the ingredients, but we didn't make it. Be it, the cook should have his little secrets. Everything in a successful evening; we come back. The ambience Italian modern, with bright wood, square tables, also high tables; Exterior stairs with radiators. At 19:00 it was locally filled to 60% at 20:00 everything was amazing. Much young Bussi Bussi audience with off-road cars on the road. It went loud and cheerful, just like in Italy. In the Sasso you save the long journey. Cleanliness We could discover nothing negative, but were not in the quiet place that should not be so quiet here."
