"I went here for the first time and paid $6.79 for a big order of Cajun Ranch Fries. I waited 18 minutes and had to tell the cashier that I only order Pommes and wait too long. The restaurant wasn't busy and I didn't wait so long. When I came home for six minutes. I bite into the pommes and it seemed overcooked with a spoon. What a waste of time and money. I don't come back from such bad experiences. I also saw no visibility of management."

"I love this place. I regret I haven't been there lately because of COVID. Their shrimp Po boys are the best and as I type this I'm thinking of making an order to go? They are closed on Mondays and I have made several trips to their parking lot after appointments in the area before remembering this important fact. Unfortunately, I can't review any of their other items because I've walked in ready to try something new, but somehow keep ordering the same thing. The shrimps are huge, freshly fried and tender. The bread is perfect and my orders are always correct. I tend to stay with the first items I order that bring me back to an establishment within days."

"Delicious, fresh seafood. We just moved up from FL and were worried about finding a good place for shrimp. Thankfully someone told us about Koo's. We got 2 lbs of boulder shrimp and it was perfect! This will become a regular stop for us, especially once they start their low-country boil this summer."
