"We visited the restaurant last night in mettmenstetten during the visit of the family. the service was very good for the two and years old children in the family. we have enjoyed a series of dressed, including the hot stone' horses filet Steak,...Kalbsleberli with rosti and weinerschnitzel with salat. prices are of course expensive according to Australian standards, but are average for the Swiss. great location, beautiful service and good food. that enjoyed it very much."

"That was our second time in this pizzeria. my pizza was very average. the artichokes had a funny smell and I couldn't eat them even though I am a great fan of dressed with artichokes! the other pizza with the salami was a bit overdue as they can see from photo. the garden is beautiful, but sometimes the noise from the nearby road is too loud."

"Overall impression is average. Food is more or less OK, but nothing special. Prices are OK. Service personnel is friendly and made the evening there a bit better. Wine card is good and not too expensive. We went with family and kids.It was OK, but it is not the place where i would return. In the summer could be better as there is a garden service just at the river. When we went it was winter and the outside facilities were closed. I had the gourmet menu whit venison, good but not gorurmet!"

"This was our first visit to the LÖWEN in Bonstetten since the retirement of the Kündig couple earlier this year. We had an event to celebrate and choose the nearby restaurant for a nice tête-à-tête. And it became a perfect dinner. What is important for elderly people like us is the ability to share a menu. The new tenant who served himself let us share without any raise of the eyebrows the first course, a tasty mushrum plate as well as the main course, veneson filets. A nice glass of Sicilian wine, a tasty sweet and an espresso completed a fine evening. We will be there again."
