"Just had the best fish and chips ever. And only paid £5.80 for beautiful cod in crispy batter, hot non greasy chips and wonderful mushy peas. Very friendly staff Every thing is fresh and made to order so you may have to wait a few minutes but it is well worth it. Will definitely come again before leaving Ulverston."

"I came here for a tee with my wife and two of our friends. the staff here was very good and attentive. the good quality was very good and I would come back and eat here at any time. all four of us enjoyed our meal times, which were good inexpensive and of very good quality. the only criticism is that the service was a little slow. I would recommend the drawn blackburgers and the others in my party enjoyed all the lobster and the mixed bbq platter. in any case worth a visit!"

"Would not recommend here, considering we are on a couples weekend break we thought a nice drink in a wine bar would be lovely. First we got ID then the owner gave us werid looks, I have never felt so uncomfortable in my whole life. The bar staff are lovely I just feel sorry for them as there manager was very rude and not welcoming what so ever."
