"I remember when this place first opened and it was really the talk of the town, we hadn't any idea what the food was going to be like but we loved it. When you go in you get shown to your seat and then you can either order in person by the tills or you can use the app to order the food. I prefer using the app because then you can see exactly what you'd like and then you can pay for it directly through the app. I do wish that you could earn more credit based on how much you spend instead of it being fixed to a mesely one. The food here is good and I do think that the quality is great, it can be a bit on the pricy side but if you're looking for chicken that is going to be high quality and delicious, then this is the place to visit."

"Absolutely lovely staff. Nice sized portions. I had the Avo smash with a fejoa smoothie. Loved the bread and eggs. The smoothie was divine! Unfortunately I have to give four stars because the Avo I had was really bitter and the floor where I sat was covered in muffin remnants. The table was clean though thank goodness!"

"I love this place's vibe, it's close to the hamilton east active area, but still hidden somehow at the end of the lovegrove lane. It is decorated in a very personal way, the people are nice, and even though there is not much choice for the vegan, everything is made with love."

"They give rather small portions of hot chips. Especially for the price. The fried chicken was very fresh, it wasn't dried out like it had been under the heat lamps for a long time. Also, if you're selling roast pork that is topped with crispy crackling, as much as you charge for the roast pork, you can afford to let people have the crackling on top of what they're getting. I shouldn't have to pay extra for something that should already be a part of the dish. Otherwise, you have excellent customer service skills! Also, everything I had was absolutely delicious! But, I do love that you're extremely close to the hospital!"

"Really good coffee, and not at all crowded. The food was mostly good too, but whatever that was on my eggs benedict, it wasn't hollandaise. It was very nice, mind you."

"Excellent Food and Exceptional Customer Service!!! I took my wife for a date night yesterday. From the moment I stepped inside, till the time I left, all I experienced was JOY. I was greeted by a staff with a very warm smile. With quick wit and a mischievous twinkle in their eye, they made me feel like an honorary member of the pasta-loving club. The service is truly exceptional, blending efficiency and humor to create an experience that 's as delightful as finding extra meatballs in your spaghetti. The food we ordered was chicken, fish and vegetables. Everything we ordered was really delicious, the meat juicy, served hot and fresh!!! Here 's my experience: My reservation was at 8 pm, we were super hungry, so we jumped right into the mains with drinks. I ordered a beer and my wife got herself a Baileys. Five minutes later, I changed my mind, didn 't want to drink anything cold so I called the staff and said if they have not opened the beer, I could have a glass of Merlo instead. In the corner of my eye, I saw another staff member bringing my beer from the kitchen as I was talking and she had already opened the bottle. She didn 't know that I was making the request to the other staff member. In a situation like this, usually, the customer apologises and drinks the beer since that 's the right thing to do. However, both staff members simply smiled and said that 's ok, no stress at all, we 'll get you the Merlo. Don 't stress about the beer. We will take it back. Now that 's what I call A world-class customer service . It is simply good customer service in a short window of time that makes it an exceptional experience for customers like myself. It doesn 't stop there. For some reason, my wife and I lost track of time and had a couple of more drinks and we suddenly realised it was around 9:30 pm and no one else was in the restaurant. All the customers have finished their dinner and left. I quickly asked one of the staff members what time they close and if we were holding them back from closing for the day. Again, they simply smiled and said, we will close whenever you finish. No rush. I was absolutely blown away by this level of customer service. Our friendly Anne (Owner of Adriana 's Restaurant was sitting patiently at the corner table and we made small talk. I got to know the beautiful history of Adriana 's Restaurant, she introduced me to the head chef who was also her son and I complimented the exceptional dinner they served us. To wrap up this delightful feast, I couldn 't resist indulging in their Tiramisu. It was a dessert that tasted like a slice of heaven sprinkled with cocoa dust. Each spoonful was a delightful blend of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and velvety mascarpone, with a touch of sweetness that made my heart skip a beat. It was the perfect ending to a meal that left me with a permanent smile and a belly full of laughter. Adriana 's Restaurant is a culinary treasure trove where exceptional service, personal touches, and outstanding flavors converge. It 's a place where the pasta is the star, the laughter flows like wine, and you 'll leave feeling like you 've just shared a meal with your most hospitable Italian relatives.
