"Been a long term client of this motel for about a decade now, but I think last nights stay was my last ever stay. The heavily potholed driveway roads in the complex were not a great start. The room was ok, starting to show it's age, the A/C was okay. The next door room the pipes screamed whenever they used a tap or the shower, the pillows on the bed were next to useless as they were as flat and deflated as a party balloon. It used to be a great value for money motel when the buffet breakfast was on, but now seems overpriced for an aging, unkept property where a small burnt coffee an egg bacon roll that's been under a heat lamp for a while is the best they can offer. Sorry, but you have lost me as a client/patron."
A visit to Country Comfort Motto Farm (newcastle Airport) becomes even more rewarding due to the extensive range of coffee and tea specialties, here they serve a appetizing brunch in the morning.

"This little gem of a cafe is hidden away in the Hexham industrial complex. It has great staff and great tasting food. there is a wide selection of take away and sandwiches, wraps, etc on offer and it always tastes great. I stop here every time I am in the area and can;t beleive it has not been reviewed on Trip advisor before."

"Industrial grind cafe in the Varley complex offers affordable, tasty and fresh food. the specialties are the carving burger, works burger, large breakfast and hot meal times like lasagne, brain cake, zucchini slice and nachos. everything is so fresh and big! the prices are. very reasonable and they have no hunger. the sandwiches come on fluffy 1 inch thick brot and the packs are homemade meats like pinned bark, roast beef, bbq huhn, truthahn, ham and a large selection of salates. Other options are calamari, chips, limettes and aioli, fish and chips, veggie burger and hühnercaesar burger. Although it is located in the Varley complex, the public is always very welcome and seating are available. the preorders are also very welcome."

"Back from 5 weeks overseas, Subway in Australia is so much better than the UK! Glad I'm back. This particular Subway is probably the best one I have had in NSW and it's a nice shop with heaps of seating and a bathroom."

"This has got to be the cleanest McDonald's I've been in since the 80s. There appears to be a full-time cleaner, cleaning everything from tables and floors to wiping down the outside bins ! They are usually overflowing and grubby. Not here !!! We'll be back"
