"We were passing through town and stopped for breakfast. It looks like we should?ve read the reviews first. The drive-thru line was long, but moved quickly. When we went to order, we needed a minute to look at the menu. The worker was continuously trying to get us to order, making it difficult to actually figure out what we wanted. When we ordered, the worker added several things to our order as statements. Ordered a drink, he said, ?okay, drink with a shot of espresso. Ordered a sandwich and he said, ?sandwich with hash browns?. I told him no thank you to the hash browns, but they charged us for them anyway. When we asked them about it at the window, they were quite annoyed and begrudgingly gave us our money back. Our normal Dunkin? is a lot slower, but I prefer slow to trying to take my money. They were rude and clearly trying to take advantage of customers."

I used the app on my next visit and I was able to get my order relatively quickly. I finally got the app to work; it had issues before. The store is within walking distance of work, so I can go there for lunch. At my most recent visit, The app worked fine, but I asked for my fries with no salt and they put salt on it. The food is still good service was friendly but they need to pay attention to what the app says better."
