"We have been noodlebox lovers since it opened its doors on Fisgard St. in Victoria many years ago. Cooks were amazing and fun to watch, wait staff was friendly and smiled! (imagine that But tonite at the Uptown location was the worst we have ever...had . My daughter didn't even finish her orange chicken noodles and my spicy ginger beef was not recognizable as the same dish I ordered only a month ago at the same location. Didn't even taste the same , very dry and beef was chewy, just terrible and extra broccoli was ONE floret cut into four tiny pieces! Come on guys, quality and consistency have gone steadily downhill in the past year or two. There was a time I would have given you a without hesitation."

"Went here a few nights ago for trivia and it was aweful. The only saving grace was the person running the trivia, but they don't even work there.There was like 4 other full tables there and still we didnt get quick service. The service we did get was subpar and we didn't get our food or drinks for so long. It seemed like the staff catered to a couple people over everyone else.I swear our waitress was stoned or drunk and my date seen one of the other waitresses in the bathroom drinking. So wouldn't be surprised if ours was doing the same.Won't be going there again. I wouldn't recommend that anyone else go either."

"Had driven by this place for years and then it came up on a Yelp search. We love small places and hole in the wall places, we have some of the best food and experiences at these types of places. Asian noodle house was great! A true family run place, with three generations of the family working in the restaurant. The appearance of the building and the interior are very simple, but the focus is the food. We tried five different dishes and all were great, loved the ginger fried chicken, sweet and sour pork and the won ton soup!! Highly recommend you give this place a try!!"

"Excellent service, very good Pho, terrible Lemongrass Chicken on Papaya Salad, and the best dang hot sauce I have ever had (having lived in east Asia for 8 years). Most Vietnamese joints just put out the standard Sriracha bottle, but this place grinds their own hot sauce -- makes all the difference in the world. If you like Pho, get it here and dose it with their sauce. Prices good for Pho, notsomuch for other dishes (which is ironic, as their Pho is by far their best offering). We also had their Banh mi pork and beef sandwiches (not on the menu) and were quite underwhelmed. Better to go with the Pho."
