"Very disappointing experience. Booked a wine tasting for 4 people at 4:15 and arrived 10 minutes late (the usual grace period for any restaurant) and was told our reservation was given to another group. One of the workers told us there is only a 10...minute grace period, an though we were within it, failed to own up to the fact that they had given our reservation away to another group, but they had mistaken them for us meaning we actually paid for their tasting. Staff were very rude, I would not recommend."

"We were asked to wait at the reception of another individual and then asked by a very unpleasant older female, how many were in our party (2) and THEN, if we had a reservation (no) and then that they were not without reservations when I asked about all empty tables, as you can see, there are many tables without sign that they 're reserved, they drove with yes, they are all reserved. Not sure if she wanted to discriminate against us because she was asian or she had a bad day, but we both left the feeling completely discriminated. 2pm, party of 2 not sure how many reservations you would have at this time."
