"I've had some disgusting food in the last 30 years but this has to rank in the worst 10 experiences. Inedible eggs (asked for fried soft but got an overcooked rubbery mess), undercooked hash brown (raw potato grease.. yum) everything edible only lukewarm. Only redeeming thing is the coffee."

"I like their grilled chicken and their sauces. One of us would always go for the extra hot and one for the mild. Oftentimes the bottle sauce is not available on the rack and sometimes the chicken is burned. The paella is great and the wrap is average.Staff at times forget to show a smile to the customers!"

"We 've been here a few times but no a very good experience this time. We ordered 2 x thai salads and a beef pie. The beef pie was not edible and just like soup with hardly any meat. We returned for a full refund and got fish and chips instead. This wasn 't any better and was also not edible. Feedback was passed on but no refunds offered. Spoke to staff at the bar who just seemed to pass the buck and not outrightly apologise and offer to get management. Just a not my problem look. Won 't be returning after this bad experience. Ended up going somewhere else after for one of our family members who hadn 't eaten after returning both meals."

"It was my second time visiting The Bistrot Cafe today and it was amazing yet again! We got the ham, cheese and spinach crepes, the breakfast toastie and the rice pudding and all the dishes were sensational. Coffee also delicious. Can’t wait to come back try more menu items!"
